• In case courier services are unavailable in your area, we will utilize Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost, which may result in longer delivery times.
• The shipping charges will vary based on your location and distance (standard delivery companies).

Order Delivery

• HK Balloons will delivery each order within 1 to 3 business days within India only for all prepaid orders. Damages and Issues
