Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel an order, please do so within one hour of placing the order. If the cancellation is made before your product has been shipped, a full refund will be issued. However, if the cancellation request is received after the product has been shipped, we won't be able to process a refund.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method within 10 working days from the date of order cancellation.

Return Policy:

If you receive a product in poor condition or if the packaging is damaged prior to delivery, please follow these steps:

  1. Refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person.
  2. Take a picture of the damaged product and email it to Marketing@hkballoons.com.
  3. Call us at 8605673331 with your Order ID.

Please note that refunds are not applicable if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If the issue persists, contact your bank. If you still haven't received your refund, reach out to us at smile.agarwal4@gmail.com.

Sale Items:

Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, but sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping:

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
